With an extensive background in developing multiple high-volume manufacturing facilities from the ground up, Apps will be responsible for establishing the first high-volume manufacturing facility for the company’s modular DAC systems.

Before joining CarbonCapture Inc., Apps served as the Vice President of Operations at Atlis Motor Vehicles, where he led a team of manufacturing and facilities engineers, as well as supply chain, validation, and quality personnel to establish their initial production facility. Prior to that, he was instrumental in developing state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and played a pivotal role in ensuring the capability of manufacturing volume growth. Apps’ professional experience also includes leadership positions at Nikola Motors Corporation, Byton Incorporated, Tesla Incorporated, Toyota, and DaimlerChrysler.
