The last meeting between the UConn Huskies and the Duke Blue Devils resulted in a 45-14 victory for the Huskies. But that was 16 years ago and a lot has changed since then. Saturday, Sept. 23, the teams will meet again for a long overdue rematch — and this time, the undefeated (3-0) Blue Devils are favored highly over the winless (0-3) Huskies. Here's what you need to know to tune in.

Kickoff time and network

Duke takes on UConn at the Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, Conn. at 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, Sept. 23. The game will be televised on CBS Sports Network for cable viewers, but there are plenty of viewing options for those who cut the cord on cable as well.

Best streaming services for Duke vs. UConn football matchup

If you've recently cut the cord on your cable contract, you'll need a dedicated streaming service to watch college football games this season — including the Duke Blue Devils vs. UConn Huskies matchup this weekend. We've got you covered with the best streaming deals — and which offers the most bang for your buck.

Best overall: Paramount+

Paramount+ is the exclusive streaming service for CBS networks, including CBS Sports Network. It's one of the most affordable streaming services on the market at just $5.99/month, but will only offer you access to CBS broadcasts. If you're a Huskies fan, you'll probably get more use out of this in the long run than Blue Devils fans, as a good portion of FBS Independents games will be broadcast on CBS Sports Network. Fans can watch the matchup live this weekend at no cost. Just enter the code REDEEM30 at checkout and get 30 days for free. You can then decide to keep your subscription for $5.99/month or cancel before your trial ends to avoid charges.

Best live TV streaming service: YouTube TV

A live TV streaming service is a better long-term option for tuning into college football games live. Our favorite is YouTube TV, which offers over 100 live TV channels, unlimited DVR space, six household accounts, and up to three simultaneous streams. Not only will you be able to stream the UConn vs. Duke game live on CBS Sports Network, but also many other college football games throughout the season on ABC, CBS, NBC, ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPNews, SEC Network, The CW, and more. You can kick off your subscription by watching for 20 minutes with no commitment, then launch a free trial, which is generally about 10 days, but often up to 14 (it varies per person). If you choose to keep your subscription after the trial, YouTube TV is offering an introductory rate of $54.99/month for three months ($72.99/month thereafter).

Runner-up live TV streaming service: FuboTV

Similar to YouTube TV, FuboTV offers an alternative to cable that lets you watch live TV channels with no contract. FuboTV actually features a more comprehensive channel lineup than YouTube TV, but it also costs a bit more per month with a less attractive introductory offer. You can test the waters for seven days before you pay, which gives you time to watch the Duke vs. UConn game for free. If you choose to keep your subscription following the free trial, you'll pay either $74.99/month for the Pro tier or $84.99/month for the Elite tier.
